Today is the day that Britney Spears has been dreading in her ongoing custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline for custody of her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. L.A. superior court Judge Scott Gordon today issued an order stating that as of Wednesday October 3rd at 12.00pm Kevin Federline is to retain physical custody of the minor children . Britney is presumably strongly appealing the decision.
